Phone Triage Nurse

Position Type: Full time

Location: 168 Mobile Infirmary Blvd, Mobile, AL 36607

A Phone Triage Nurse will field and document all incoming clinical-related phone calls and task the appropriate staff member for all other types of calls.

Qualifications

• Required license: certified medical assistant or equivalent
• 3+ years of relevant experience required
• Knowledge of Allscripts is a plus, but not required

Requirements

• Must be able to communicate clearly with patients
• Must be able to keep an organized workflow and effectively manage multiple tasks at one time
• Must be able to be active and mobile for an 8-hour period
