Virginia Duckworth, BSN, RN, MSN, AGNP-C, is an adult-gerontology acute care nurse practitioner at Urology Associates. She’s based at the practice’s Mobile Infirmary location in Mobile, Alabama, and has been a member of the team since 2017.
Virginia graduated in 2013 from the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, earning a bachelor’s degree in nursing. She joined the workforce as a registered nurse and spent a few years providing patient care before deciding to go back to school to add to her skillset. In 2016, she graduated from the University of South Alabama in Mobile, Alabama, with a master’s degree in nursing.
As a dedicated provider at Urology Associates, Virginia believes in providing care that goes beyond simply treating specific diseases or conditions and strives to improve a patient’s overall health and well-being. She has an excellent bedside manner and approaches her work with a remarkable degree of empathy and compassion.
